Ian Dodds is one of my teachers at college but he is also a freelance illustrator. I have leant so much from him and hopefully one day when i graduate from uni, i will be as good as him. His work is very colourful and covers many issues and here is some to show you;

Martin O'Neil is one of my favourite illustrators. His work is very colourful and more graphics based but you can see his work is very cut and paste where he uses older images to give it a vintage theme but then includes bright colours to bring it into the present. At college i am doing my final major project which i am really enjoying as it is more independent. It is hard work but hopefully it will be worth it. My theme is sayings, lyrics and poems. I will post more things when i have pictures of them but for now this is a lamp shade i made out of vintage photographic slides. This goes with one of my lyrics " i  leave memoirs". Here are some images of it that i am using to create an animation.
